Kept Job (“Kept Job”, “we”, “us”) provides an after-hours and overflow AI phone receptionist for field-service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account data: name, company, email, phone, billing details.
Owner mobile number, used only to send transactional alerts about inbound calls, if you opted in.
Call recordings, transcripts, and details callers give (name, callback number, address, issue) so we can notify you and operate the service.
Technical data (logs, device/browser) when you use our website.

How we use it
To provide and improve the service, send opted-in transactional SMS to shop owners, process payments, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal information and we do not use call or lead data for third-party advertising.

SMS
If you are a Kept Job client and you give a mobile number for dispatch alerts, you consent to receive transactional texts about inbound customer calls. Message frequency depends on call volume. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Sharing
We share data with processors who help us run the service, including our voice/telephony provider and payment provider, only as needed. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention
We keep account, call, and lead data only as long as needed to provide the service, handle disputes, and comply with law, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices
Email hello@keptjob.com to access, correct, or delete account data, within legal limits. SMS: reply STOP.

International transfers
We are based in Switzerland and use providers that may process data in the United States.

Changes
We may update this policy. The date above will change. Continued use means you accept the update.
