Service
Kept Job provides an AI receptionist for after-hours and overflow calls. It collects caller details and notifies your team (typically by SMS). It is not a licensed technician, not a full call center, and does not replace your professional judgment.

What the service does not do
Unless we agree in writing, the receptionist does not quote prices, diagnose equipment, guarantee a job will close, or book calendar appointments.

Your responsibilities
You must give accurate business information and the mobile number for alerts. You are responsible for how you handle leads, customer communications, licensing, and all legal obligations in your trade and location. You must not use the service for unlawful calls or content.

Fees
Pulse: a one-time setup fee of $490 and $397 per month, unless we quote otherwise in writing. Billing is monthly. Cancel with 30 days’ written notice (email hello@keptjob.com). Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law. Telephony and SMS usage may be billed by our providers as part of the service or passed through if we notify you.

SMS
By giving a mobile number for owner alerts, you agree to transactional SMS about inbound calls. Reply STOP to stop texts.

Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, that every call will be answered perfectly, or that every missed call becomes paid work.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kept Job is not liable for lost jobs, lost profits, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Courts of Geneva, Switzerland, have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise.
